Position: Senior Administrative Coordinator
Location: Downtown Toronto (On-Site)
Salary: $25-$30/hour
Duration: 3-month contract  (with potential for extension)

Our client, a well-established corporate organization located in downtown Toronto, is seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, project initiatives, and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative and coordination support to senior leadership, including scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense processing
- Support onboarding activities, including equipment requests, workspace setup, access coordination, and new hire logistics
- Prepare reports, presentations, organizational charts, and other business documentation
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and following up on action items
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to support business initiatives
- Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documentation
- Support day-to-day office operations and additional coordination activities as required

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in administration, operations support, office coordination, or project coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive, resourceful approach
