What we're looking for 

We’re partnering with a US-based group of fast-growing consumer brands that live and die by creative performance. Content has about 24 hours to prove itself online, so they value speed, smart testing, and editors who treat video as a growth tool, not a gallery piece.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead editing and post-production for performance ads, social content, product explainers, and brand campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Use direct response principles and metrics like hook rate, watch time, CTR, CVR, and ROAS to shape every creative decision.
• Create motion graphics, text overlays, sound design, and color grading that make each story land fast.
• Run a high-volume pipeline of projects at once, keeping assets organized and deliveries on time.
• Collaborate with their marketing, content, and creative teams through monday.com tickets to turn briefs into winning videos.
• Test new hooks, styles, and formats, then use the results to refine what works.

Requirements

• 4+ years of video editing experience focused on marketing, branded content, or performance ads.
• Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with advanced motion design, color grading, and sound design skills.
• A portfolio that shows a wide range of paid ad and social work for national or international brands.
• A strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, viewer retention, and how to read and act on performance data.
• A fast, pragmatic mindset that balances speed and quality across many deliverables.
• Comfort working independently, managing multiple stakeholders, and adapting when priorities shift.

Nice to Have

• Experience using AI tools to speed up editing and creative workflows.
• Background in consumer or ecommerce brands.
• Experience with native, social-first formats like UGC style content.
