Education Associate Attorney (3–5 Years Experience) | In-Office – Pittsburgh, PA

Join a well-established law firm with a strong reputation in public education law. We are seeking a motivated Education Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our Pittsburgh office.

🔹 About the Role: The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in legal issues affecting public school entities. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with school districts and educational institutions on a wide range of matters.

• School Construction Projects
• Special Education (IDEA, Section 504)
• Student Discipline & Policies
• School Employee Issues
• Public Education Labor & Collective Bargaining
• Financial Solutions for School Districts
• School Board Governance

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
• 3–5 years of relevant education law experience
• Strong communication and advocacy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
