A leading wealth management firm in Portland, ME is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee core financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, payroll, and audit support. This hybrid role will provide strategic insights to senior leadership and manage daily financial operations.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred), 7+ years of finance or accounting experience—ideally in wealth management—and strong knowledge of GAAP, MS Office, QuickBooks, ADP Workforce Now, Power BI, and accounting systems. Leadership experience is required.
