Ready to Dive into UX/UI Design and Development? Join us as a UX/UI Designer and Front-End Developer! Our client is seeking someone who values accessibility, graphic design, and tackling design challenges with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

• Create User Experiences: Design visually appealing and intuitive interfaces. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and bring them to life with front-end coding.
• Advocate Accessibility: Lead our commitment to accessibility by conducting audits and implementing best practices.
• Graphic Design Skills: Enhance our brand with eye-catching visuals.
• Collaborate: Work with different departments and handle the unexpected in a fast-paced environment.
• Innovate and Explore: Experiment with new design techniques and continually raise the bar for user experience.
• Document Thoroughly: Communicate complex concepts clearly through detailed documentation.
• Flexible Hours: We aim to find the best hours for our team, preferably within the EST time zone.

Qualifications:

• UX/UI Talent: 3-5 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and expertise in industry-standard design tools.
• Front End Developer Skills: Proficiency in React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and responsive design.
• Accessibility Enthusiast: Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines and a commitment to inclusivity.
• Graphic Design Expertise: Background in design, including typography, color theory, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
