Our client, a premier full-service law firm with offices across the U.S. and Europe, is seeking an experienced Manager, Pitches & Pursuits to lead the firm’s RFP and pitch process. This is an exciting opportunity to serve as the firm’s subject matter expert, overseeing the development and production of compelling proposals, collaborating with lawyers and business professionals, refining practice and industry descriptions, and ensuring consistent, high-quality responses that advance the firm’s strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will bring at least eight years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment, along with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, or a related communications field. Exceptional writing and editing skills are required, as is the ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive content. Proficiency with legal and RFP software platforms such as Foundation, MS Outlook, iManage, Ariba, and Scout is essential, as well as strong strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail.

This hybrid role may be based in Boston, Washington, DC, or New York, and offers a highly competitive salary range of $146,000 to $200,000, along with excellent benefits.
