What we're looking for 

A US-based, pre-launch technology company building a customer rewards and loyalty platform is hiring a Paid Social Media Buyer. You'll own paid social strategy and execution as the company prepares to bring its product to market, with Meta as your primary channel and TikTok and Snapchat as secondary channels. This is a chance to shape paid social from the ground up at a small, fast-moving software company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Own budget pacing, bidding, and spend allocation across all paid social channels.
• Build and test audience targeting, creative variations, and campaign structures to drive performance.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategy based on data.
• Report on key metrics and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Stay current on platform updates and best practices across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Requirements

• +4 years of experience as a Paid Social Media Buyer, with Meta as your primary area of expertise.
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on TikTok and Snapchat.
• Strong command of budget pacing, bid strategy, and performance optimization.
• A data-driven approach to campaign management and reporting.
• Skilled at turning campaign data into clear reports.
• Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, Looker Studio, or Supermetrics.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience advertising sweepstakes, promotions, or other regulated offer types.
• Familiarity with the loyalty, rewards, or fintech space.
