Search Consultant (Executive Recruiter)

What You'll Do

• Build and manage relationships with clients and industry professionals.
• Identify and recruit top talent through networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Match qualified candidates with client hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate skills, experience, and career goals.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates and clients through the hiring process.
• Develop new business opportunities while growing an existing territory.
• Become a trusted advisor within your specialized industry.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Previous experience in recruiting, sales, insurance, staffing, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus—but not required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
