What we're looking for 

A fast-growing, US-based DTC supplement and wellness brand is looking for a Creative Project Manager to keep its in-house ad production moving. The team produces around 100 ads a week across video, UGC, and static formats for Meta, and needs someone to own the backlog, chase deadlines, and get approved creative launch-ready. This is a hands-on, founder-led team that meets frequently to stay aligned, so you'll be working closely with leadership and the creative team day-to-day, not operating solo.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the creative backlog in a project management tool (ClickUp or similar): assign briefs, track statuses, and chase deadlines.
• Review and approve work-in-progress creative against the brief and brand standards, giving clear, consolidated feedback to editors and creators.
• Set up approved ads in Meta Ads Manager, ready for launch.
• Keep around 100 ads a week moving smoothly across video, UGC, and static formats.
• Coordinate closely with company leadership and the wider creative team, especially during onboarding.
• Spot bottlenecks and help tighten up the workflow from intake to launch.

Requirements

• A strong background in production or project management, ideally marketing- or creative-production-focused.
• Hands-on experience with a project management tool such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.
• Some creative background, enough to review and approve work against a brief and brand guidelines.
• Comfortable setting up approved ads in Meta Ads Manager.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy backlog and competing deadlines.
• A great attitude and eagerness to learn. 

Nice to Have

• Interest in growing into creative ideation over time.
• Interest in eventually leading and coordinating the wider ad team.
• Some performance marketing background to give informed creative feedback.
• Familiarity with Slack and file-sharing platforms used for creative review.
