Description:
The Visual Merchandising Specialist supports Marketing Operations by planning, managing, and executing in-store visual signage projects that enhance the customer experience and drive results.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage visual signage projects from intake through installation
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align scope, timelines, budgets, and approvals
• Execute visual merchandising strategies that engage shoppers at key points throughout the store
• Coordinate production and installation of signage to ensure quality and brand consistency
• Track project status, risks, and outcomes; communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Improve workflows and processes to increase efficiency across visual merchandising initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of visual merchandising or retail project management experience
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools preferred
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
