Key Responsibilities:

  • Loan Origination & Structuring: Lead the origination and structuring of commercial loans to meet clients' financial needs while managing risk.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients, becoming their trusted financial advisor.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Assess risk and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Loan Portfolio Management: Manage an existing loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Business Development & Networking: Drive new business by leveraging your network, market knowledge, and industry reputation.
  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate across teams and mentor junior staff to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Loan Officer with a successful track record.
  • Strong business development and risk management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
