Lead and manage Civil, Structural, and Environmental Engineering teams on large-scale projects
Serve as Structural Engineer of Record (SEOR) for projects across North America
Drive innovation and efficiency while ensuring structural integrity and compliance
Mentor and develop engineers to elevate team performance
Collaborate across departments and with clients to deliver groundbreaking results
PE License with 10+ years in structural design and leadership
Expertise in structural systems (steel, concrete, precast, etc.)
Proven track record of managing complex, high-value projects
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills—ability to build and mentor teams
Expertise in structural design software (e.g., Ram Structures/Elements, TEDDS, Hilti Profis)
