Job Description

A well-established, privately owned, vertically integrated specialty coffee company with over 18 years of experience and zero outside investment. This business controls its entire supply chain—from roasting and packaging to cold brew production, distribution, equipment installation, and service. The only outsourced product—coffee pods—is also set to be brought in-house soon.

They’ve cultivated direct relationships with the same farms for more than a decade, allowing them to deliver exceptional coffee at better prices. This long-term sourcing strategy, paired with a self-sustained operational model, enables them to offer premium quality while maintaining full control and cost efficiency.

Their diverse customer base includes:

  • Michelin-starred restaurants

  • Luxury hotels and private clubs

  • Health and wellness-driven locations

  • Caribbean hospitality accounts

With a strong foundation in quality, sustainability, and innovation, they are now poised to expand further into the foodservice space. Their focus is on building strategic relationships with key distributors such as Baldor and US Foods, while leveraging their in-house coffee equipment offerings to create cost-saving value for clients.

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a high-energy, relationship-focused sales leader from a liquor/wine distribution, hospitality, or foodservice background. This person should have at least 10 years of relevant experience and be well-versed in specialty retail, premium service clientele, and distributor relationships. The ideal candidate is strategic, driven, and passionate about quality and customer experience.

Position Overview:

  • Base Salary: $100K–$120K

  • Earning Potential: Up to $300K+ with uncapped, percentage-based commissions

  • Location: Based near Morganville, NJ (approx. 45 minutes from NYC)

  • Travel: Extensive travel required for in-person client meetings and market development
