Your Role: As a Family Law Attorney, you will manage a diverse caseload and guide clients through complex family law matters with professionalism and empathy. Key responsibilities include:
Representing clients in divorce, legal separation, child custody, child support, and spousal maintenance cases
Drafting pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
Conducting thorough legal research and analysis
Attending court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Providing strategic, compassionate advice during challenging times
What You Bring:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association
Minimum of 2 years’ family law experience
Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
Exceptional legal research and writing abilities
A compassionate and client-centered approach
Proficiency with legal research platforms and case management software
