Associate Attorney - Remote

A growing plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its practive in a fully remote capacity. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney who thrives with autonomy, enjoys direct case ownership, and wants to be part of a practice with significant growth potential. This role is ideal for an attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit who is comfortable managing their own caseload. Someone who wants flexibility, financial upside, and independence, while still being part of a supportive and growing practice. Candidates must reside in California to be considered. 

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, including FEHA (plaintiff or defense) or other plaintiff-side civil litigation
  • Develop case strategies, conduct discovery, and represent clients in negotiations and hearings
  • Exercise decision-making authority with full autonomy over case management
  • Collaborate with the firm’s leadership to support client growth and successful outcomes

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably with FEHA or plaintiff-side matters
  • Strong litigation skills, including drafting, discovery, motion practice, and advocacy
  • Demonstrated record of career advancement and ability to work independently
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow within a collaborative practice
