Assistant Superintendent – Residential Construction

Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating daily job site activities and managing subcontractors
Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Support the Superintendent in overseeing the full construction process from start to finish
Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Promote a safe, organized, and efficient job site environment
Qualifications:
2+ years residential construction experience preferred
Understanding of how homes are built and ability to ensure timelines and budgets are met
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a team environment
