Community President (Management Succession Plan)

Branch President and Experienced Commercial and Agricultural Lenders needed! 

I love how this bank has grown and still manages to respect and operate each branch as a community bank, catering to the needs of its customers in each of its locations! You will oversee all aspects of the bank Commercial Loan Portfolio and Team, hold a smaller porfolio so your skills don't grow stale, participate in committee strategy planning, create and uphold the branch budget working with the Retail leaders, and pretty much act as the CEO and face of your branch in your community. This bank has locations in multiple states so, please connect with me regardless of your location priorities. This is a very polished, professional, and respected regional bank over $1BB. 

Compensation for the Commercial Loans President:

--This is a balanced bank: ag, commercial (more C&I), this particular branch has a lot of CRE and C&I

--Competitive salary based on experience

--Up to 33% bonus with easy to understand parameters

--Family-oriented working environment

--Little turnover, average tenure, 15 years

--No micromanagement, but support and direction

Requirements:

--Proven Commercial Lending and development ability and/or banking management ability

--Solid, steady, 'non-hoppy' employment history admired

--Contacts and networks in Sioux Falls geographical area desired

--Bachelors Degree and some banking schools desired but experience trumps degree

--People Management 

--An ability to articulate your business networking abilities, leadership abilities, people management, is part of the interview process.

--Deposits and full banking products knowledge
