Overview Responsible for leading all aspects of plant operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality performance in a CNC-based manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Direct daily production activities and drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Lead capacity planning, labor forecasting, and material flow optimization.
Oversee CAPEX projects, process improvements, and Lean initiatives.
Align resources to meet delivery, cost, and quality objectives.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 standards.
Develop, coach, and mentor a team of 100 production employees
Qualifications
+5 years years of leadership in manufacturing, preferably CNC-based.
Strong background in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
