Real Estate Transactional Attorney – Seattle

A premier full-service law firm in Seattle seeks a skilled and motivated Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join its dynamic practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-10 years of experience to work on sophisticated and high-value matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.

About the Role

This position is ideal for an attorney who is a team player and has a strong foundation in commercial real estate. You will be an integral part of a team handling a wide range of transactional matters, including:

  • Real Estate Acquisitions & Dispositions: Managing complex purchase and sale transactions for commercial properties.
  • Commercial Leasing: Drafting and negotiating leases for retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use spaces.
  • Real Estate Finance: Representing borrowers or lenders in a variety of financing transactions.
  • Business & Corporate Transactions: Working on the real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and entity formation (LLCs).

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-10 years of experience as a practicing attorney with a focus on commercial real estate and corporate transactions.
  • A strong background in drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents.
  • Experience with due diligence, title review, and survey analysis.
  • Excellent academic credentials and a J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Washington State Bar, or the ability to waive in.
