A well-established Insurance Defense firm, specializing in SIU and Insurance Fraud, is looking to expand their Civil Litigation Team in Sacramento, seeking a 3-7 years' experienced Associate Attorney who thrives in litigation and loves going to trial. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle a variety of defense work, in a daily in-office role with flexibility. Areas of practice include: General Liability Defense, Casualty Insurance, Catastrophic Liability Defense, Commercial Auto, Tank and Trucking Litigation, Construction Defect, Homeowners.
Duties and responsibilities:
For the determined self-starter and motivated attorney willing to be in trial and go the extra mile to litigate, we want to be your Forever Home. Compensation structure is a base salary range DOE $130K- $180K (higher compensation based on trial experience); origination fees bonus structure, no book needed.
