Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor mill staff, ensuring efficient production and consistent product quality
Monitor milling systems and coordinate preventative maintenance
Drive compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards
Partner with management on production goals and process improvements
Qualifications
5+ years of flour milling or grain processing experience
Strong technical knowledge of milling equipment and processes
Prior supervisory or lead experience required
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
