A leading flour milling company is seeking a Lead Miller to manage daily operations and uphold a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on professional with proven experience in flour milling or grain processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor mill staff, ensuring efficient production and consistent product quality

  • Monitor milling systems and coordinate preventative maintenance

  • Drive compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards

  • Partner with management on production goals and process improvements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of flour milling or grain processing experience

  • Strong technical knowledge of milling equipment and processes

  • Prior supervisory or lead experience required

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
