About the Opportunity: A mission-driven, collaborative, and growing behavioral health organization is currently expanding their ABA services and is seeking dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to join their team.  Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children and adolescents with ASD, ADHD, and other developmental needs

  • Provide clinical supervision to BCaBAs and Behavior Interventionists

  • Conduct regular caregiver meetings (in-person or telehealth) to review goals and progress

  • Analyze data, track progress, and adjust behavior plans as needed

  • Train and support staff in implementing effective intervention strategies

  • Maintain a consistent schedule, including afternoon/evening availability

 

 

  • Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

    • Active BCBA Certification

    • Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

    • Authorized to work in the U.S.

    • Strong commitment to client care, collaboration, and results

     

  • Compensation & Benefits:

    • Salary: $75,000–$95,000/year + monthly bonuses + potential sign-on bonus

    • Schedule: Flexible with options to support work-life balance
