Residential Window Installation Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused and operationally driven Residential Window Installation Manager to oversee the successful installation of residential window projects from scheduling through completion. This individual serves as the face of the company throughout the installation process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and with an exceptional customer experience.
This role combines project coordination, field leadership, customer communication, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building relationships with customers, and has strong residential construction or installation management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain proactive communication before, during, and after installation
- Conduct pre-installation meetings, project walkthroughs, and final customer sign-offs
- Address customer concerns, questions, and service issues professionally and promptly
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience that drives referrals and repeat business
Installation & Operations Management
- Oversee residential window installation projects from scheduling through completion
- Coordinate installation crews, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with company standards and manufacturer specifications
- Conduct site visits and quality inspections during and after installation
- Manage project schedules and adjust resources to maintain deadlines
- Ensure jobsite safety standards are followed at all times
- Lead and support installation teams to maximize productivity and workmanship quality
- Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and labor coordination
- Train and mentor crews on customer service expectations and installation best practices
- Resolve field issues, material shortages, change orders, and installation challenges quickly
- Track key performance metrics including installation quality, customer satisfaction, callbacks, and schedule performance
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in residential construction, window installation, remodeling, or installation management
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices and window installation methods
- Previous experience managing crews, subcontractors, or installation teams preferred
Preferred Experience
- Window, door, siding, roofing, or exterior remodeling experience
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of building codes and residential construction standards
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus
