A respected Orlando law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney with a strong background in complex real estate and corporate transactional matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney who can independently lead high-level deals, provide strategic business counsel, and mentor junior attorneys. Hybrid flexibility is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Structure, draft, and negotiate sophisticated commercial real estate deals, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and joint ventures
  • Advise on land use, zoning, financing, and development matters for institutional and private clients
  • Manage corporate transactions including M&A, entity formation, restructuring, and governance
  • Lead deal teams, coordinate due diligence, and oversee all aspects of closings
  • Provide strategic legal and business advice with an emphasis on risk mitigation and value creation
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and multidisciplinary professionals
  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm’s growth and leadership culture

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school; active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
  • Minimum 8+ years of substantive real estate and corporate transactional experience
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex transactions and client relationships
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Professional, collaborative, and demonstrates leadership qualities

Preferred Experience:

  • REITs, opportunity zone transactions, or cross-border matters
  • Experience representing private equity–backed companies or institutional investors
  • Familiarity with ESG considerations related to real estate or corporate structuring
