🚨 URGENT HIRE: Transactional Commercial & Residential Real Estate Associate Attorney
📍 Asheville, NC | Full-Time | In-Office Only

A leading law firm in Asheville, North Carolina is actively seeking a skilled Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of transactional experience to join its dynamic team. This is a full-time, in-office position offering high-level involvement in both commercial and residential real estate matters, including closings, development, zoning, and community association work.

MUST HAVE: Active North Carolina Law License + 3–5 Years of Real Estate Transactional Experience.

🏢 What You’ll Do:

  • Handle commercial and residential closings
  • Draft and negotiate purchase & sale agreements, leases, easements, and finance documents
  • Conduct title and survey reviews
  • Advise on real estate development, zoning, and land use
  • Represent community associations and developers on creation, governance, and enforcement issues
  • Provide strategic counsel on HOA/tax-related issues (bonus if you have experience!)
  • Manage files from inception to closing, maintaining strong client communication

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed in North Carolina (REQUIRED)
  • 3–5 years of real estate transactional experience
  • Book of business is a bonus, but not required
  • Exposure to both commercial and residential transactions
  • Familiarity with zoning, land use, and community associations
  • Strong client service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deals independently and meet deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – interest in growing into a partnership track
  • HOA and tax experience is a plus
