A well-established custom home builder in the Lexington/Midlands area is actively seeking a Residential Superintendent to join their growing team.
This builder has a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, integrity, and delivering a highly personalized client experience. They are looking for someone who genuinely takes pride in building homes the right way and wants a long-term opportunity with a family-oriented company culture.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage day-to-day field operations on custom residential homes
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and punch lists
• Maintain quality control and organized jobsites
• Communicate directly with homeowners throughout the build process
• Work closely with vendors and office staff to keep projects on schedule
What They’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of Residential Superintendent experience
• Custom home experience strongly preferred• Experience managing homes from ground-up through completion
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Buildertrend experience is a plus
Compensation: $55K–$100K+
