Our award-winning law firm, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, with a second location in New York City, is currently searching for a skilled Tax, Trusts, and Estates Attorney to join our growing private client group. This position is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, providing strategic and sophisticated estate planning and tax guidance.

🌟 About the Role:
You’ll work closely with partners and clients on advanced planning matters that include pre-transaction structuring, wealth transfer strategies, and tax minimization planning. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term practice within a firm that values your input, growth, and development.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania Bar License
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning and individual tax planning
  • Prior experience working with high-net-worth clients is strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple time-sensitive matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong legal research and writing background

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare complex estate plans with a focus on technical estate and income tax issues
  • Assist with estate and trust administrations
  • Prepare estate, gift, inheritance, and fiduciary income tax returns
  • Analyze and implement wealth transfer strategies, including pre-transaction planning
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships
