A growing civil site and utility contractor is looking for a Director of Operations to lead and scale field and office operations. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing site work, grading, excavation, and underground utility projects.
Lead project managers, superintendents, and field crews
Streamline systems and drive efficiency across all operations
Ensure safe, on-time, and profitable project delivery
Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategy
Build and mentor high-performing teams
10+ years in civil construction, with strong leadership experience
Proven success managing site development and utility projects
Strong communication, team-building, and operational oversight skills
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, HCSS)
