We’re seeking a Transportation Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our Pittsburgh, PA office. This is a full-time, in-office role designed for a driven attorney looking for long-term growth within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

We assist transportation and logistics companies with the full range of business challenges and evolving legal issues surrounding the movement of people, products, and goods.
Our multi-disciplinary team represents and defends transportation clients—including trucking and logistics companies, warehouses, and related industries—in complex litigation, regulatory matters, and compliance challenges.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in transportation and commercial vehicle litigation
  • Handle all phases of litigation: discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial prep
  • Draft legal documents and provide strategic case assessments
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance and liability exposure
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on high-profile cases

✅ Qualifications:

  • Active PA Bar License (REQUIRED)
  • 3–5 years of litigation experience in transportation
    • Owner-operator classification
    • Employment matters
    • Risk management
    • Truck accident litigation
    • Transportation agreements
    • Regulatory compliance and licensing
    • Mergers and acquisitions
    • Insurance coverage and litigation

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and courtroom skills
