Engineering Department Manager – Rocky Mountain Region

Full-Time | On-Site | $170,000–$190,000 Base Salary

A respected and established civil engineering firm in the Rocky Mountain Region is seeking an experienced Engineering Department Manager to lead their land development team. This Engineering Department Manager role offers a high-impact leadership opportunity with influence over projects, people, and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As the Engineering Department Manager, you will lead and manage the civil engineering department

  • Oversee land development projects from planning to final design as the firm’s Engineering Department Manager

  • Mentor staff and build strong client relationships in your role as Engineering Department Manager

  • Help shape strategy and direction as a core member of the leadership team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

  • 15+ years in land development, including 2+ years as an Engineering Department Manager or similar leadership role

  • Strong communication and project management skills

  • Proven track record delivering successful development projects

Compensation & Benefits:
