Full-Time | On-Site | $170,000–$190,000 Base Salary
A respected and established civil engineering firm in the Rocky Mountain Region is seeking an experienced Engineering Department Manager to lead their land development team. This Engineering Department Manager role offers a high-impact leadership opportunity with influence over projects, people, and client success.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Engineering Department Manager, you will lead and manage the civil engineering department
Oversee land development projects from planning to final design as the firm’s Engineering Department Manager
Mentor staff and build strong client relationships in your role as Engineering Department Manager
Help shape strategy and direction as a core member of the leadership team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
15+ years in land development, including 2+ years as an Engineering Department Manager or similar leadership role
Strong communication and project management skills
Proven track record delivering successful development projects
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary of $170,000–$190,000
