Project Manager / Estimator – PEMB Manufacturing & Sales
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator with at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing and sales of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB). The ideal candidate will be proficient in MBS (Metal Building Software) and capable of managing projects from estimating through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate estimates and bids for PEMB projects using MBS software.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources throughout the manufacturing and construction process.
Coordinate with clients, sales teams, fabricators, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Oversee project progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
Provide regular updates and reports to management and clients.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in PEMB manufacturing and sales.
Proficient in MBS software for estimating and design.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
