Employment Litigation Attorney - Los Angeles, CA
A growing Los Angeles law firm is seeking a skilled Employment Attorney with a strong litigation background in employment and labor law. This full-time hybrid position offers the opportunity to advocate on behalf of employees in complex workplace disputes.
Practice Focus:
Employment litigation including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, and wrongful termination matters
PAGA claims, sexual harassment, FMLA/CFRA issues, severance negotiation, and more
Representation of clients in court, arbitration, and administrative proceedings
What They’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience practicing employment law (plaintiff or defense)
Expertise in PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour cases
Strong drafting, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills
Proficient in legal research platforms such as LexisNexis
JD from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $125K–$225K DOE
