🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Attend bid meetings and help develop winning bid strategies
Prepare detailed and accurate cost analyses and estimates
Analyze project proposals, scopes, and drawings to prepare budgets
Gather and evaluate historical cost data to improve estimating accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure proposals align with project goals
✅ Qualifications:
3–5 years of commercial construction estimating or relevant field experience
Estimating experience in commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare sectors
Proficiency in construction estimating software
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
