Tax Manager – Hybrid | Greenwood Village, CO (DTC)
✅ Growing tax & accounting firm serving SMB clients across healthcare, real estate, retail, and more
✅ Full-time hybrid/onsite role with real client ownership and leadership impact
✅ Prepare/review complex individual, business, multi-state, and trust & estate returns
✅ Lead client relationships, tax planning, and advisory work (not just compliance)
✅ Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing tax team

✅ Hours that make sense: ~40/week non-busy, ~55–60 busy season, Sundays closed
You Bring
✅ 7+ years of complex tax experience
✅ CPA or EA required (MST a plus)
✅ Leadership, client-facing confidence, zero-drama professionalism

💰 $125,000–$165,000 salary
