Requirements-
5+ Years Employment Litigation experience
Active Bar License- State of California and in good standing
Federal and State Court experience
Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
Significant experience in discovery and law and motion practice
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work with multiple clients
