About the Opportunity

Our boutique litigation firm is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5–10 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a need-based hire due to increased workload — no portable book of business is required. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately to our high-caliber litigation practice.

Practice Focus

Our practice centers on complex commercial litigation, including:

  • Non-compete and trade secret disputes

  • Breach of contract matters

  • Commercial and white-collar plaintiff litigation

We maintain a balanced mix of plaintiff and defense work, providing our attorneys with diverse and engaging case experience.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: 140K-150K

  • Bonus Structure: Bonuses paid in 50-hour increments beyond 1,800 billable hours

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of commercial litigation experience

  • Top academic credentials (top law school or honors graduate, Cumlaude or higher)

  • Big Law experience strongly preferred

  • Excellent writing, analytical, and courtroom skills

  • Team-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to professional excellence

Work Environment

  • 100% onsite expected, with flexibility for occasional personal matters

  • Flexible daily schedule with emphasis on in-office collaboration

Interview Process

  1. Initial Zoom or phone conversation with 1–2 team members
