Business Law Attorney | St. Louis, MO | 4–8 Years Experience

A respected and growing law firm in the St. Louis area is seeking a Business Law Attorney with 4–8 years of experience to join its expanding team. This position offers the opportunity to focus on transactional matters, business litigation, or a combination of both, depending on your experience and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a broad range of business and commercial legal matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal agreements
• Support business transactions and corporate matters
• Handle commercial litigation matters, if aligned with your background
• Build strong client relationships and provide practical, strategic legal counsel

Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of experience in business law, including transactional work, litigation, or both
• Strong legal drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
• Licensed to practice law in Missouri or eligible for admission through reciprocity/waiver
