Labor & Employment Attorney

Overview: We’re seeking a skilled Labor & Employment Attorney to advise and represent employers on a broad range of workplace matters or one of our top clients. This role is ideal for an attorney with 2–7+ years of experience looking to handle high-level work in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Counsel clients on employment issues (hiring, termination, compliance, wage/hour, leave, etc.)
Represent employers in litigation, arbitration, and before agencies (EEOC, DOL, NLRB)
Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies
Conduct internal investigations and respond to complaints and agency inquiries
Provide training and risk-mitigation strategies aligned with business goals
Monitor legal developments and advise clients accordingly
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Texas law license
2–7+ years of labor & employment law experience (firm or in-house)
Strong litigation, counseling, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters with practical, business-oriented advice
