Our client is a well-established and growing engineering firm seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for an engineering professional with 3–5 years of experience who is looking to expand their technical expertise, increase project responsibilities, and advance their career within a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will contribute to a variety of challenging projects while working alongside experienced engineers and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects. • Prepare engineering calculations, reports, specifications, and construction documents. • Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams. • Conduct site visits, field investigations, and project assessments. • Support project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. • Review technical documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable standards. • Participate in client meetings and project presentations. • Mentor and support junior engineering staff. • Contribute innovative solutions to technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution. • 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience. • Successful completion of the EIT/FE exam required. • PE license preferred or actively pursuing licensure. • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. • Proficiency with applicable engineering software and design tools.
