What You’ll Do:

As a Traveling Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for managing all onsite construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll work directly with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, representing the company with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations on assigned projects across the U.S.

  • Ensure job site safety and enforce all OSHA and company safety policies

  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and schedule project timelines

  • Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and field teams

  • Ensure high-quality standards and adherence to project specifications

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (Commercial focus)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience working with a General Contractor

  • Willing and able to travel frequently and stay on location for extended periods

  • Strong understanding of commercial building processes, safety standards, and scheduling

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
