What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand - responsible for growing new business and strengthening partnerships with existing clients. You’ll listen, advise, and provide solutions that help customers succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and manage a pipeline of leads and referrals.
• Meet with customers to understand their challenges and recommend the right solutions.
• Deliver engaging product demos and presentations.
• Build trust and long-term relationships through proactive follow-up and service.
• Resolve post-sale concerns and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Track all sales activity in CRM software and report on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client support.

What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you’re a people person who builds rapport quickly.
• Demonstrated success in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to estimate project scope, pricing, and delivery timelines accurately.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on sales experience.
• Background in sales, process equipment, or industrial systems is highly preferred
