Join a well established and respected commercial construction company in the Manitowoc area that is focused on building the next generation of industry leaders. Seeking a Staff Accountant to play a key role in managing core financial operations and supporting continuous process improvement.
While this role is primarily focused on accounting functions, it also interacts regularly with internal departments and external partners—making strong communication and collaboration skills essential.
Accurately and efficiently process payroll
Manage accounts receivable and cash receipts
Support the CFO with month-end closing procedures
Serve as the in-house expert for Sage 100 accounting software and UKG systems
Associate’s Degree in Accounting (Bachelor’s preferred)
Experience with payroll processing and tax filings
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Sage 100 and/or UKG is a plus
