Responsibilities:
Lead all operations, procurement, sales, and delivery for propane, lubricants, and refined fuels.
Manage costs and implement cost-saving strategies.
Supervise and support sales, service, and delivery teams.
Drive business development, strategic planning, and marketing efforts.
Create innovative pricing and marketing programs to maintain profitability.
Build strong customer relationships and offer energy consultations.
Oversee employee performance and professional development.
Collaborate with admin staff on profitability, staffing, safety, and communication initiatives.
Ensure compliance with credit policies.
Represent the company in industry trade groups.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience, including 2–5 years in energy sales/marketing.
Understanding of agricultural businesses and cooperatives.
Knowledge of energy product pricing, purchasing, and distribution.
Experience managing individuals and teams.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Proven relationship-building and leadership in dynamic environments.
