A rapidly growing engineering-focused organization is seeking a highly detail-oriented BIM Designer / VDC Specialist to join their expanding team. Due to continued project growth and increasing client demand, the company is adding a key contributor to support complex modeling, drafting, and coordination efforts across a diverse portfolio of projects.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while having the ability to take ownership of high-level BIM production and coordination work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and produce high-quality BIM models (LOD 300–400)
• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Revit
• Interpret and work directly from construction and engineering drawings
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and internal design teams
• Identify project conflicts and proactively communicate scheduling or modeling issues
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness of all deliverables
• Support structural and non-structural framing system modeling across multiple project types

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with BIM / VDC workflows in an engineering or construction environment
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents accurately
• Self-motivated professional who can work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work

Compensation

• Base Salary: $80,000–$130,000 DOE
• Bonus Potential Available
• Full Benefits Package
