A well-respected and growing firm is seeking a skilled Corporate & Business Litigation Attorney to join its Orlando team. This is a key opportunity for an attorney with experience handling entity formation, contract negotiation, and resolving complex business disputes to step into a dynamic role with real impact and long-term growth potential.
The firm offers a collaborative environment with a strong client base of entrepreneurs, startups, and mid-sized businesses. You’ll be trusted with meaningful work, including drafting critical corporate documents, providing day-to-day counsel, and litigating disputes when necessary.
What They’re Looking For:
Experience: 3–8+ years of experience in corporate formation, contract drafting/review, and business litigation
Versatility: Comfortable advising on LLCs, partnerships, operating/shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, and general counsel matters
Litigation Background: Confident managing breach of contract, partnership disputes, fiduciary claims, and business torts
Licensed: Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
