About the Role:
We are seeking a driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join our growing team in Sarasota, Florida. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, and close new commercial insurance accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Collaborate with internal account managers and service teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Florida insurance license (2-20 or equivalent) or willingness to obtain
• Proven success in sales, preferably in insurance or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline effectively

Compensation & Benefits:
