Experienced Real Estate Attorney

Location: Boise, Idaho

A prominent regional law firm is conducting a confidential search for a highly qualified Real Estate Attorney to join its team in Boise.

The Role

This attorney will handle a broad range of complex real estate transactions, playing a key role in servicing the firm’s diverse clientele.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of focused experience in real estate law.
• Education: J.D. from an accredited law school. Strong academic credentials required.
• Bar Status: Admitted to the Idaho Bar or immediately eligible for admission by motion.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, strong judgment, high ethical standards, and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize a demanding transactional workload.

Core Competencies

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in:

• Advising clients on the buying, selling, leasing, development, and financing of real estate properties.
• Drafting, negotiation, and contract review.
• Managing all phases of the transactional process, including due diligence (title/survey review) and closings.
• Counseling on zoning, land use, and property dispute matters.

Compensation & Benefits

The Firm offers a highly competitive compensation package $105k-$155k annually, commensurate with experience, which includes comprehensive benefits.
