We are seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join a thriving litigation practice based in Asheville, NC.

Practice Areas:

✔️ Motor Vehicle Negligence
✔️ Premises Liability
✔️ Commercial Litigation
✔️ Product Liability
✔️ Personal Injury
✔️ Construction Defect
✔️ Professional Liability
✔️ Insurance Coverage Matters

Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage cases through all phases of litigation

🔹 Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

🔹 Take and defend depositions

🔹 Appear before state and federal courts

🔹 Develop case strategy and factual investigations

🔹 Communicate case updates to clients and managing attorneys

Qualifications:

✅ Active North Carolina Bar License

✅ 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred

✅ Strong legal research and writing skills

✅ Experience with depositions, hearings, and motion practice

✅ Trial experience is a plus

✅ Open to attorneys relocating to the Western North Carolina region
