Job Title: Commercial Lines Sales Manager

Compensation: $85K base + bonus | Competitive salary + commissions

A growing multi-state insurance firm is seeking a results-driven Commercial Lines Sales Manager to lead the commercial sales team in Houston. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned insurance professional to guide producers, grow new business, and build lasting client relationships in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Lead and manage a team of commercial producers to meet and exceed sales targets
Develop strategic plans to expand commercial lines business in the Houston market
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships across a variety of industries
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient onboarding and service delivery
Coach and mentor producers to drive performance and professional growth
Track and report sales metrics to leadership
Represent the agency professionally within the local business community
Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience
Prior sales leadership or management experience strongly preferred
Active Property & Casualty insurance license
In-depth knowledge of commercial lines products (GL, WC, Commercial Auto, Property, etc.)
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Familiarity with agency management systems (EPIC, AMS360, etc.) is a plus
